Upload an Excel workbook, use the default workbook, or connect Google Sheets for live refresh.
Choose an .xlsx file containing Sales, Remaining Qty and Purchase History sheets. You can upload even when the previous dataset is missing.
Use a public workbook URL, or upload a service account JSON key for protected sheets. Share the sheet with the service account email as Viewer.
Change business rules and all calculations refresh automatically.
Choose product locations to include, then prepare one email per responsible person with a vendor sheet for each assigned vendor. Clear the location selection to include all locations.
